1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 working days.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- You will receive an order confirmation message after your order is placed.
2. Delivery Time (Within Pakistan)
Estimated delivery time after dispatch:
- Major Cities: 2–4 working days
- Other Areas / Villages: 3–7 working days
Delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Courier workload
- Public holidays
- Incorrect address details
3. Shipping Charges
- Standard delivery charges range from Rs. 200 – Rs. 350, depending on your location.
- Final shipping cost will be shown at checkout.
- Free shipping may be offered during promotions or on orders above a specific amount (optional — let me know if you want to add this).
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan.
- Please ensure your number is active for courier calls.
- Refusing parcels repeatedly may result in blocking COD service for that customer.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
- A tracking number
- Courier company details
You can track your order through the courier’s website.
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
If the provided address or contact number is incorrect:
- Your order may be delayed or returned to us
- Customer will be responsible for re-shipping charges
Please double-check your details before placing an order.
7. Delayed or Lost Shipments
We try our best to ensure timely delivery.
However, we are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier companies
- Weather conditions
- Unexpected issues
If your parcel is lost by the courier, we will assist you and provide a solution (replacement or refund).
8. International Shipping
Currently, Bin Khuzaima ships only within Pakistan.
